Wayne Smith is Co-Founder of Reach Capabilities Inc., a Toronto-based consulting company that helps individuals and organizations build their capabilities, enhance growth, and maximize results.

Wayne‘s reputation for delivering superior performance coaching, leadership development, training, and facilitation has been honed over nearly 50 years.

Experienced in a number of assessment tools, he is a certified consultant in CliftonStrengths, DISC, and Kolbe. He is also a Kolbe Youth Specialist.

Previously in his 30 year corporate career, Wayne held a variety of leadership positions in with a major North American retailer and a financial institution. In both organizations he led large sales teams and created new and exciting ways to improve customer experience, employee engagement and profitable growth.
